2 Pitchers in-person sharing an hour lesson at our indoor location. Currently we do not provide pairing or catchers.
1 hour in-person team pitching lesson. Location varies. The cost is based on 4 pitchers or less. Additional pitchers may be added at $50 per pitcher. Catchers not provided. Distance negotiable.
Using our Onform app we will have you submit 5 videos (within 7 days) to be evaluated. Videos may be of game play, practice, or drills and up to 30 seconds each. We will send back voice over and diagrams to explain form issues, power leaking areas, and explain how to improve those movements.
Generic Training video provided with 5-10 pitching exercises to train with. Instruction provided by voice over for how to complete the drills.
Using our Onform app we will send you a Generic training video up to 10 mins and 5-10 pitching exercises. Once your athlete has completed the training, you will send in 5 videos of them training for coach feedback. Videos may be up to 30 seconds each.
Using the Onform app we will send you a personalized training video for your athletes workout. The video will be ~10 mins and 5-10 exercises. Throughout the week, you will have unlimited video analysis ability. Limited only by the one athlete for video submissions. If more than 1 player, you can ask about different rates.
Linear style with transition to some rotational style modifications at higher age groups. Bunting (multiple styles) Switch Hitting, Slapping specialties available.

Using the Onform app, you will send in 5 videos to our staff to evaluate hitting. Each video may be up to 30 seconds long with 1 week to submit. We will evaluate and return the videos using diagrams and voice over to help the athlete better understand how they can improve
Glove, arm, and footwork based lessons or position specific fielding. Catchers included up to a semi-advanced level.

Using our Onform app we will evaluate your fielding movements from game play, practice play, or drills to help you gain a better understanding of where you can improve your game. 5 video submission within 7 days and up to 30 second clips each.
